With 22 years behind us Skynear and Company has quite a history. A bit of our brag list include the following:

• We rebuilt and designed the Iraqi Embassy in Washington DC on Embassy Row.

• We have furnished several Washington clubs, bars and restaurants. To name a few, Saki, Felix, Chole, Home, Mezze Modern, Yankee trader, Lemon Grass Restaurant and more.

• For 15 years Skynear was invited to showcase their store in the National Symphony Decorator Showhouse.

• WUSA Channel 9 awarded us First Place as the, ‘Best local business in luxury home furnishings and accessories”.

• For over a decade Fodor’s described us as ‘The mot upscale home decorating shop in the city’.

• Mr. Cheap’s Washington DC names us one of the city’s “Best Buys”.

Our furniture can be found in embassies, movie sets, TV studios, model homes, apartments, lofts, hotels and lobbies. We have been written about in several travel guides including: Fodor’s, Detour Washington DC, eat.shop Washington DC, Unique places in DC and NFT (Not For Tourists Guide to Washington, DC.

Many of you might have remembered us from Mazza Gallery, Foxhall Sq, even our wholesale location on R Street which is now the Armenian Embassy. But you can find us now in our original South Adams Morgan location. We are the shop around the corner housed in a beautiful historical landmark building.
